Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or specialist role in a premium or luxury brand.
• People management experience with conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales and profit.
• Support management in personnel, product and merchandising functions, business processes and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly and staff meetings and clearly communicate marketing and promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets by motivating the team and delivering an exemplary store journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating customers and colleagues fairly and consistently.
• Assist in delivering the business strategy and ensure training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
