You will manage staffing, training, budgets and KPI performance, collaborate with buyers, drive sales per hour and conversions, and shape a welcoming, inclusive store where customers and colleagues feel valued.

• Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer.
• Proven track record in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to meet sales, budgets, and store KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience and fair treatment of customers and staff.
• Ensure door-to-floor best practices, visual merchandising standards, and stock handling are maintained.
• Coordinate stock levels with the buying team to ensure availability.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Lead meetings and train employees; oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Set ambitious goals focused on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
