Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to drive sales, budgets, SPH, UPT, conversion and profitability.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate to improve performance.
• Foster a positive store experience ensuring fair treatment of customers and staff.
• Ensure door-to-floor practices and merchandising standards are upheld.
• Communicate with buying team to maintain stock levels and assortments.
• Analyze store reports and create action plans to improve results.
• Lead staff communications on goals, KPIs and store results.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, hiring and orientation.
• Provide training and coaching for employees and document progress.
• Lead weekly management and regional meetings; participate in broader forums.
• Make decisions under pressure and set challenging, achievable goals.
• Coordinate action plans within budget and drive measurable results.
• Convey ideas clearly and manage implementation for results.
• Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values.
