You’ll partner with store leadership to identify opportunities, manage staffing, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand directives. A passion for premium retail and people development is essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium or luxury brand.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store teams to achieve sales, profitability, and outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to grow the business and improve performance.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and communicate with VM and store teams.
• Support recruitment, staffing, and onboarding processes.
