Job summary

You will partner with the store management team to deliver selling strategies, maintain standards and ensure a positive customer experience. You will own scheduling, training and performance, uphold visual standards and stock integrity, and collaborate with buying to optimize assortments.

• Experience in retail operations, budgeting and sales.
• People management experience and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store management team to hit sales and wage budgets and improve KPIs.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate to grow the business.
• Foster a positive store experience with fair treatment of customers and staff.
• Ensure 'door to floor' standards and visual merchandising are executed; review standards for consistency.
• Communicate with buying team to maintain stock levels and appropriate assortments.
• Lead training, recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation processes; run weekly meetings.
• Set challenging but attainable goals with emphasis on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
