Job summary

Calvin Klein stores in Ireland seek a dedicated Supervisor to lead by example, drive exceptional customer service, and inspire the team to deliver best-in-class shopping experiences. You will partner with management to oversee staff, merchandising, and store operations while promoting PVH’s values across the brand.

You will foster an energetic, authentic presence on the shop floor, adapt quickly to changing promotions, and ensure consistent training and accountability to build a repeat customer

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• Ability to manage people, resolve conflicts and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with change and maintaining pace in a retail environment.
• Proactive, energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the shop floor operates efficiently to maximise customer service, sales and profit.
• Assist management with personnel, product & merchandising functions and store results.
• Attend weekly management and staff meetings; clearly communicate promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales by motivating the team to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a positive store experience and ensure training on product knowledge and store maintenance.
