Job summary

Trust in SODA is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to join our growing tech team in Ireland. You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery to map client challenges to practical software solutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, demos, and workshops, translating complex requirements into actionable architectures, and act as the technical lead through the sales cycle to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in SaaS/tech environments.
• Experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering product demos, workshops, and presentations.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and tailored product demos.
• Understand customer processes, environments, and requirements.
• Design and present solution recommendations aligned to customer needs.
• Act as the technical lead during the sales process, supporting opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders on complex enterprise opportunities.
• Support RFPs, tenders, and proposal responses by providing solution and technical expertise.
• Identify integration requirements, risks, dependencies, and potential workarounds.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, commercially viable, and technically sound.
• Provide a seamless handover of requirements to implementation and delivery teams.
• Share market feedback, customer insights, and product improvement recommendations.
