Job summary

Sodexo Group seeks an experienced PPP Contract Manager to lead operational delivery of facilities management for a strategic PPP contract in Dublin. You will manage Hard FM, Soft FM, Energy, Lifecycle and Compliance across two landmark buildings, guiding a ~50-strong team of colleagues and partners.

Reporting to the Contract Director, you’ll drive performance, financial delivery, and client satisfaction in a complex, performance-based environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Hard FM and Soft FM operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and outsourced providers.
• Proven track record managing budgets and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of building services (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Safety).
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with PPP/PFI environments and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe delivery of all FM services across the contract.
• Direct a multidisciplinary team of managers, supervisors, technicians and partners.
• Oversee compliance, controls and corrective actions across the contract.
• Act as primary operational interface with client and stakeholders.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and governance meetings.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lifecycle replacement programmes.
• Lead incident management and business continuity planning.
• Monitor contractor performance and subcontracted services.
• Ensure robust controls to minimise risks and failures.
• Support audit and quality/compliance programmes.
