Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in Dublin is seeking an experienced PPP Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of facilities management across a strategic PPP contract. You will oversee Hard FM, Soft FM, Energy, Lifecycle and Compliance services for landmark higher-education buildings, managing a team of around 50 and specialist partners.

You will report to the Contract Director, driving performance, financial delivery, client satisfaction and long-term asset stewardship in a complex, performance-based

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in FM or related discipline.
• Experience delivering Hard FM and Soft FM services.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, KPIs and contractual performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, integrated facilities management across the contract.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and service partners.
• Maintain compliance controls, governance and corrective actions.
• Interface with client, consultants and stakeholders.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and operational reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Drive continuous improvement, lifecycle and asset management.
• Lead incident management and business continuity planning.
• Oversee subcontracted service delivery and risk controls.
• Support audit, quality, and compliance programmes.
• Maintain focus on customer experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Promote safety, accountability and operational excellence.
