Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced Operations & Soft Services Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities services at the Grangegorman PPP contract in Dublin. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management.
• Level 6 qualification (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate).
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and cost control experience.
• Experience delivering hard and soft FM services.
• Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with CAFM systems and auditing platforms.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and quality management systems.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience in a busy campus or education environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of about 50 staff including managers and supervisors.
• Oversee hard and soft Facilities Management services with contractual compliance and high standards.
• Manage cleaning, security, grounds, waste, and caretaking services.
• Coordinate planned preventive and reactive maintenance with partners.
• Act as operational client contact, building strong relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive continuous improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and add value.
• Manage subcontractors and supply chain for cost-effective delivery.
• Lead health and safety initiatives, audits and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance management.
• Maintain records using CAFM, Safeguard, SEMS and auditing platforms.
