Job summary

PTSB in Ireland seeks a Branch Lead based in Portlaoise to drive branch performance, customer service and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, coordinate daily activities, and collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager and field-based colleagues to achieve objectives while delivering fair customer outcomes.

You will develop your team to support strategic customer segmentation, promotions and cross-sell opportunities, embedding Blackbelt principles and ensuring risks are managed in line

Qualifications

• Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours for the relevant CPD years.
• Proven experience in retail finance sales and service ideally at Branch level.
• Proven leadership to motivate a sales team to achieve objectives.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office suite.
• Full Valid Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Branch activities on a daily basis, to optimise branch capacity and efficiencies.
• Supervise and manage a team undertaking CF3 & CF4 roles that advise on products and/or arrange financial services for customers.
• Coach Branch Colleagues to embed Blackbelt learnings and enhance customer engagement across channels.
• Drive business development, lead generation and cross sales with clear visibility on performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and advice on customers' product/financial needs journey.
• Collaborate with Field Based Sales Consultants, SME Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
• Coordinate sales activity in the branch with the Territory Sales Manager.
• Actively manage risk and control agenda to meet standards and regulatory requirements.
