Job summary

AIB is seeking a Branch Manager for our Hansfield branch in Dublin. You will lead, coach and empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet sales targets and grow income while promoting digital enablement.

You will develop talent, drive accountability and collaborate with product partners to execute business plans, with a strong focus on community engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple business objectives, managing and developing a business growth agenda.
• Ability to demonstrate competency in providing sales leadership support to a team ensuring all members are clear on performance expectations in relation to sales and customer engagement activity.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to change with commitment to improving current processes through use of technology and automation.
• This is an MCC impacted role and applicants must hold or be working towards a full QFA.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and motivate your team to achieve branch goals with a high-performance culture.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a high performing team and collaborate with Product Partners & Pillars to deliver business plans and key targets.
• Support the customer engagement team in making every conversation count and deliver quality customer experiences.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and service excellence within the branch to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Advocate for AIB in the community and engage with stakeholders to leverage supports.
