Screwfix is seeking a Branch Manager in Ireland to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll oversee budgets, stock, merchandising, and store performance while building a positive, proactive culture that puts the customer first.

You’ll be responsible for developing your team, implementing local initiatives, and partnering with regional leadership to meet KPIs, with a focus on growth and operational excellence.
