Job summary

Schindler Ltd (Ireland) in Dublin seeks a Portfolio Sales Professional to join our Service Sales team, supporting a nationwide portfolio of maintenance and service customers across Ireland.

Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will drive renewals, grow portfolio profitability, acquire new maintenance contracts, and collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within a technical/ service environment.
• Demonstrated success achieving growth, retention and profitability targets.
• Strong track record of developing new business opportunities and building a sustainable sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of maintenance and service customers across Ireland, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and profitability.
• Achieve sales, renewal, recovery and portfolio growth targets across the ROI and NI.
• Drive contract renewals and portfolio protection initiatives to maximise retention and reduce cancellations.
