Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a PMO Analyst in Ireland to support project portfolios with PMO activities, track RAID, plans, resource allocations and budgets, and plan management strategies. The role involves ensuring compliance with the project control framework and delivering forecasting and MI dashboards.

You will become the Clarity champion, manage end-to-end resource requisitions, and support multiple projects with timely, accurate reporting and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a PMO analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools
• PMO experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Clarity portfolio management
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Analytical and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Support project or portfolio with PMO activities
• Track RAID, plans, resources and budgets
• Plan and implement project management strategies
• Ensure compliance with project control framework
• Prepare and maintain forecasting for programmes
• Produce MI and dashboards to support decisions
• Lead on Clarity tool queries
• Manage resource allocations and onboarding/offboarding
