Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Project Management Analyst in Dublin to support programme teams with planning, coordination, and evaluation of projects and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on managing project data and documentation and developing global process library initiatives and operational resources.

You will build relationships with internal teams, schedule meetings, and drive cross‑department change management while ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ months’ experience working with a PMO or similar involvement in project support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings to support project progress.
• Support process improvement initiatives across programme support.
• Collaborate with leaders to define and progress key projects.
• Draft and improve process documentation for consistency.
• Support cross-department change management initiatives.
• Assist senior leadership with continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain attendance reports and PMF tracking files.
