Job summary

Accenture in Dublin seeks a Project Management Analyst to support programme teams in planning, coordination, management and evaluation of projects and strategic initiatives. You will act as a key liaison for stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with business priorities.

The role focuses on managing project data, documentation, and information frameworks, including global process library initiatives and operational resources, with rotations possible.

Qualifications

• 12+ months’ experience working with a PMO team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, department leaders, and stakeholders.
• Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders to support project progress.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives across programme support functions.
• Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritise, and progress key projects.
• Draft new process documentation and improve existing materials for consistency.
• Drive cross-department change management projects with PMO teams.
• Support senior leadership with improvement strategies and emerging activities.
• Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams including workforce and documentation management.
• Maintain Attendance Report Locations & Functions database for weekly meetings.
• Submit, monitor, and track new role requests with DMT team.
• Track and update laptop allocations and inventory for onboarding.
• Collect, review, and validate monthly headcount data across Europe.
• Update core PMF tracking files with verified monthly operational data.
