Job summary

Clúid Housing seeks two Plumbing and Heating Engineers to cover Dublin and surrounding counties. This permanent role reports to the Field Team Leader and offers a salary of €58,686 based on the SEO scale, with long service increments and a lunch allowance.

You will deliver in-house repairs from responsive jobs to voids, manage job details with the Resource Planner, work with drawings and material orders, and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Full Trade apprenticeship completed or in 5th year out of time.
• Experience working with heating systems and repairs.
• Ability to interpret plans and drawings and order materials as needed.
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house repairs (responsive, voids, and out-of-hours).
• Manage timely work while upholding workmanship standards.
• Coordinate with Resource Planning Team and debrief for scheduling.
• Respond to job allocations and maintain equipment and safety.
