Job summary

Harry Walsh Associates Ltd. is seeking a fully qualified plumber with at least four years post-apprenticeship experience to service, repair and install boilers and heating systems across Leinster.

Knowledge of heat pumps and renewable technologies is highly desirable, with a requirement for strong troubleshooting and the ability to work independently or in a team. The role covers servicing, installation and repair work in domestic and commercial settings, with a fully expensed company vehicle

Qualifications

• Fully qualified plumber with at least 4 years post-apprenticeship experience.
• RG I certification is essential for the role.
• Experience with heating systems and plumbing across domestic and commercial settings.

Job description

Excellent opportunity to join one of Irelands largest operators of district energy schemes, a leader in the energy efficiency sector and a facility management service provider from the private and public sectors.

Covering mostly Leinster region (provided with fully expensed co. vehicle) you’ll have expertise in heating systems and a wide variety of plumbing works. From maintenance works, fault finding, repairs, installations in domestic and commercial settings. The role will include servicing, installation, and repair of boilers and heating systems, as well as a wide range of plumbing tasks. Must be RGI certified, and experience with heat pumps and renewable technologies is highly desirable.

Service, maintain, and repair gas boilers, including fault-finding and breakdown repairs.

• Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 4 years post-apprenticeship experience. RGI certified (essential).
• Strong experience in both boiler work (service, repair, installation) and general plumbing.
• Hands-on experience with heating systems and renewable technologies such as heat pumps (desirable).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
