Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, Dublin City Center, is recruiting a Plumbing bias maintenance technician to join the team onsite. The role is to perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive works on client mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC building services, ensuring service levels are met.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30, on site, with duties ranging from asset management (REALM) and spare parts control to coordinating with vendors and maintaining comprehensive maintenance

Qualifications

• Trade qualified plumber with good written and spoken English.
• Legionella or WRAS certification desirable (training may be provided).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive works on plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Maintain records with Frontline and Log books.
• Liaise with vendors and schedule works.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist facilities team.
