Job summary

Amden Group Ltd. seeks a Site Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance, reliability, and performance of plant and assets at the Moynalty site. You will lead preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and drive improvements to maximise uptime and efficiency.

You will coordinate capital projects, install and commission new equipment, and ensure safety compliance, quality, and accurate record-keeping while working with a team on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent trade certification.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical, production or maintenance role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform fault finding.
• Experience with CMMS and OEE systems is preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and quality standards adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned preventive maintenance to maximise machine uptime.
• Oversee asset reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate capital projects and new asset installations.
• Maintain thorough maintenance records and documentation.
