Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years industrial experience.
- Experience leading a craft/maintenance team.
- Knowledge of reliability centred maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance team and coordinate craft activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site standards.
- Plan and execute maintenance work and budgets.
- Own the site Equipment Reliability Centred Maintenance program.
- Manage external resources and change control documentation.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
