Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking a Person in Charge (PIC) to lead a bespoke residential service in Kilkenny. This full-time role offers autonomy to shape and develop a high-quality service, with a focus on person-centred care and community integration.

You will report to the Director of Disability Services and lead a team to ensure safe, compliant, and empowering support for residents, driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential care settings.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles.
• Solid understanding of HIQA regulations and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated centre to ensure person-centred delivery of care.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, reviews and transitions.
• Develop and support a high-performing team with coaching and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.
