Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Facilities Combined Services Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft facilities services for our pharmaceutical client in Monksland, Athlone. This site-based leadership role is responsible for safe, compliant and efficient delivery of maintenance, cleaning, projects and contractor management activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar facilities management leadership role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing hard and soft services teams.
• Knowledge of CMMS, contractor management and Health & Safety requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good IT skills and experience producing reports and performance metrics.
• IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification; ISO standards knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite facilities team and contractors.
• Deliver planned, reactive and project works to KPIs/SLAs.
• Promote Health & Safety and compliance culture.
• Manage maintenance via CMMS and close work orders.
• Oversee contractor performance and service delivery.
• Support budget control for the contract.
• Conduct site audits for GMP, quality, environmental, safety.
• Build client relationships through reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and service enhancements.
• Participate in on-call rota.
