Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Ireland seeks a facilities operations specialist to lead health & safety, utilities, and computerized systems management. You will oversee contract works, review RAMS and safety plans, handle permits, and ensure training standards are maintained.

The role requires carpentry or building services certification, strong MS Office skills, and 2–3 years in a pharma/GMP setting; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus. On-site work with a focus on reliability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Trades certification in Carpentry or building services.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP is desirable.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a similar pharmaceutical/GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Evolve best practices for operations and maintenance of site.
• Manage all contract works and 3rd party assessments including RAMS and safety plans.
• Handling Work Permits and liaising with Engineering Administrator in compliance to site safety policies.
• Up keeping and up skilling training.
• Sound working knowledge of key utilities like water treatment, boilers, generators, AHU etc.
• Coordinate and maintain the current operations and maintenance programs.
