Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Manager for Integrated Facilities Management in Cork, Ireland. The role focuses on identifying and winning pharma sector opportunities across Southern Ireland with potential national growth.

You will hunt new business, build a strong pipeline, and independently manage the full sales cycle, engaging senior decision-makers throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales/business development with success in winning new business and closing large deals.
• Independent and self-motivated with ability to manage long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, commercial, analytical and presentation skills.
• Location flexibility: Cork preferred; willing to travel to Dublin for meetings.

Responsibilities
