Job summary

Sodexo Group in Dublin, Ireland seeks a General Services Manager to lead soft facilities services in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This senior role focuses on quality, health & safety, GMP, cleaning, hygiene and compliance, with responsibility for a large onsite workforce and P&L management.

You will oversee the onsite food service operation, maintain audit readiness, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with GMP/regulatory experience.
• Experience managing large teams (200+ employees).
• Strong focus on quality, health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning, hygiene and soft services across the site.
• Drive quality, health & safety and GMP culture.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, safety audits and compliance.
• Lead onsite workforce and drive performance.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery expectations.
• Oversee budgets, labour, and cost control (P&L).
• Oversee audits and compliance documentation.
• Identify improvements in standards and efficiency.
• Collaborate with site and client teams to meet manufacturing needs.
• Drive innovation and added value for the client.
