Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Services Manager in Dublin, Ireland to lead the delivery of soft facilities services in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This senior leadership role focuses on Quality, Health & Safety, GMP, cleaning, hygiene and compliance, managing a large onsite workforce and the onsite food service operation in line with food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership with GMP/quality background in regulated environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record leading large teams, 200+ employees preferred.
• Strong experience in cleaning, hygiene or soft services operations.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, cleaning standards and compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, labour costs and P&L.
• Excellent leadership and people management, with ability to develop managers.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive with ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning, hygiene and wider soft services operations across the site.
• Drive a strong Quality, Health & Safety and GMP culture.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Health & Safety and audit requirements.
• Lead, manage and develop a large onsite workforce.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Oversee budgets, labour and consumables, with responsibility for P&L and cost control.
• Manage audits, risk and compliance documentation across the site.
• Identify and implement improvements to cleaning standards and service delivery.
• Collaborate with site and client teams to support operations.
• Drive innovation and added value opportunities for the client.
