Sodexo Ireland, located in Clondalkin, Dublin, is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to oversee GMP cleaning teams at the Pfizer Ireland site. This fixed-term, full-time role offers a competitive salary and Sodexo benefits, with a focus on compliance, team leadership and cost control.

You will lead daily operations, conduct audits, manage staff schedules and payroll, and liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service while maintaining audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, GMP or cleanroom preferred.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of cleaning operations and safety systems.
• Budget management, stock control and administrative processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily GMP cleaning team operations and client standards.
• Conduct audits, inspections and spot checks to stay audit-ready.
• Ensure GMP, health and safety, COSHH compliance.
• Lead, train and develop team members.
• Manage staff schedules, holidays, payroll, and records.
• Monitor budgets, labour costs, cleaning materials and stock levels.
• Maintain documentation and electronic systems.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Deputise for Cleaning Manager when required.
