The role requires a degree in engineering or facilities management and proven leadership in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. Strong contractor management and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in engineering, facilities management or related discipline.
• Significant facilities leadership experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Experience delivering facility expansions, upgrades or greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations, utilities, infrastructure and engineering support.
• Ensure reliability and compliance of critical site systems and assets.
• Manage budgets, asset plans, contractor performance and outsourced services.
