Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking a Head of Operations for Facilities Management at a Dublin-based site. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Integrated Facilities Management in a high-volume manufacturing environment, overseeing 150+ staff and subcontractors.

Role focuses on strategic direction, safety culture, cost control, and client relationship management, with a 10% bonus and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior management or leadership position within Integrated Facilities Management.
• GMP compliance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven responsibility for P&L and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the full Integrated Facilities Management portfolio (Hard FM, Soft FM, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Waste Management, Grounds Maintenance, Workplace Services).
• Ensure services are delivered in line with contracts, SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
• Lead and inspire a large, multidisciplinary team while developing a high-performance culture focused on safety and accountability.
• Maintain governance, performance monitoring, risk management and audit processes.
