Howden Ireland in Drogheda is seeking a Permanent Personal Lines Account Executive to manage policy renewals, retain clients and provide tailored insurance solutions as part of the Personal Lines team. The role focuses on renewal management, client satisfaction and building strong relationships, with targets for renewals and new business to drive growth.

Based in our Drogheda office, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Group to deliver compliant, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in an insurance role.
• APA Personal Lines or Grandfathered with CPD proof.
• Excellent knowledge of personal lines insurance.
• Proven track record managing client portfolios and renewals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet renewal and new business targets.

Responsabilités

• Maintain relationships with existing clients, fostering loyalty.
• Oversee renewal process for personal lines policies and renewals.
• Evaluate risk profiles and advise on suitable products.
• Provide excellent service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure New Business/Renewal targets are achieved.
• Implement company procedures including New Business Development and Renewal procedures.
• Stay updated with market practice and product availability; give feedback to management.
• Work with other teams to facilitate training and product development.
• Attend client visits with Management as required.
• Adhere to Compliance as outlined in Handbook and Procedures Manual.
