Howden Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive based in Wexford to join our Personal Lines team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on managing policy renewals, client retention, and tailoring insurance solutions to meet client needs.

You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities, requiring strong relationship management, negotiation, and sales skills to grow our client portfolio and drive revenue. This role reports to the Team Leader and head of existing business.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years’ experience in an insurance role.
• APA Personal Lines CPD up-to-date.
• Excellent product knowledge in personal lines insurance.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Oversee the renewal process for personal lines insurance policies, including reviewing terms and negotiating renewals.
• Evaluate clients’ risk profiles and provide expert advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Ensure New Business/Renewal targets are achieved.
• Implement Company’s Compliance and office procedures including New Business Development and Renewal Procedures document.
• Update management with market feedback on pricing, service levels and product development.
• Attend client visits with Management as required.
