Job summary

Howden Ireland, based in Kill, seeks a Team Leader to manage an administration and renewals team within the Personal Lines division. The role reports to the Head of Personal Lines and focuses on efficient post management, renewal processes and completing insurer/internal audits.

The successful candidate will lead, motivate and develop staff, drive continuous improvement in workflows and ensure compliance with company procedures, CPD requirements and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Account Handling role within insurance.
• CIP qualified or MDI.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage an administration and renewals team for the Personal Lines division.
• Ensure post management, renewal processes and audits are completed.
• Implement changes to improve processes and reduce costs while maintaining best practice.
• Liaise with HR and Compliance on training and CPD requirements.
• Lead, coach and appraise team members through regular 121s and PDRs.
