Job summary

Qualifications
- APA qualified or at least 1 APA exam — CIP preferred
- Personal Lines insurance experience or general Irish Insurance experience
- Stamp 4 or EU Citizenship
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-care skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Knowledge of Relay is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention
- Cross‑selling and up‑selling across Personal Lines products
- Completing all compliance, documentation and system updates accurately
- Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
- Supporting a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
