A leading insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Broker to develop their career in insurance. The role includes handling customer queries, advising and selling personal lines such as Car and House Insurance. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, a recognized Insurance qualification, and be motivated individuals. The position offers progression opportunities, income protection insurance, and occasional work from home options. The brokerage is located in Longford, Ireland.

Qualifications

We are one of the largest brokers in the west of Ireland and offer an excellent benefits package and will take up a senior role in our Longford branch.

Requirements

• A recognised Insurance qualification
• Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills essential
• Experience in dealing with Insurance clients & personal lines policies
• Some commercial experience is an added advantage
• Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies
• The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
• Strong telesales & customer service skills
• Organisational Skills & attention to detail.
• Be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude.
• Excellent IT skills, Relayexperience an advantage but not necessary
• Must be Grandfathered, APA or CIP qualified & Comply with the fitness and probity standards
