Job summary

360 Search is partnering with an established Irish-owned insurance broker to recruit Personal Lines Sales Agents for a growing team. This is a true broking role, matching customers to the right cover across home, motor, specialist leisure vehicle and non-standard lines, using a panel of insurers and specialist underwriters.

Hybrid working with clear progression opportunities. The role involves converting inbound enquiries and warm leads into new business, quoting a range of personal lines

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or broking, ideally across more than one product.
• Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• An adaptable approach and a genuine interest in a long-term career in personal lines.
• APA is an advantage but not essential, as full support is given to qualify.

360 Search is working with an established, Irish-owned insurance broker to hire Personal Lines Sales Agents into a growing sales team.

This is a broking role in the true sense. Rather than following a script or selling a single product, you will match customers to the right cover across home, motor, specialist leisure vehicle and non-standard lines, using a panel of insurers and specialist underwriters. The business has clear growth plans for 2027 and is restructuring its sales function to give strong performers more visibility and room to progress.

The role

• Converting inbound enquiries and warm leads into new business
• Quoting and placing a wide range of personal lines policies
• Advising customers on more complex and non-standard risks
• Working closely with customer service and administration colleagues

What our client is looking for
