Engage People Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines Executive in Drogheda to join a growing insurance team. You will manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, providing high levels of service and identifying growth opportunities.

The role requires 2-3 years of Personal Lines experience, CIP qualification or working toward it, and strong communication skills. Hybrid working and a salary of €35,000-€45,000 plus up to €1,500 quarterly bonus are on offer.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years' experience in Personal Lines.
• CIP qualified or currently working towards CIP.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Experience using insurance broking systems would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, providing a high level of service.
• Handle policy renewals from initial review through to completion.
• Re-market policies and negotiate renewal terms.
• Review policy wording, endorsements and cover requirements.
• Provide clients with clear and professional advice on insurance options.
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Manage cases from start to finish in a proactive and efficient manner.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.

€35,000 - €45,000 + up to €1,500 quarterly bonus

• Reviewing policy wording, endorsements and cover requirements
• Providing clients with clear and professional advice on their insurance options
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurance providers
• Managing cases from start to finish in a proactive and efficient manner
• Ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar Personal Lines insurance role
• CIP qualified or currently working towards CIP
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products and processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A professional, positive and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Good IT skills
• Experience using insurance broking systems would be an advantage
