360 Search in Dublin is recruiting Personal Lines Insurance Brokers for both New Business and Existing Business/Renewals. You will handle new inquiries, manage client books, quote policies, and assist with renewals while delivering excellent customer service across the policy lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has at least 12 months’ Personal Lines experience in Ireland, APA in Personal Lines (or working towards it), and strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• 12 months’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance in Ireland.
• Experience in New Business, Existing Business/Renewals, or both.
• APA in Personal Lines Insurance (or working towards this).

We are currently recruiting for Personal Lines Insurance Brokers to join established insurance teams in Dublin, with opportunities across both New Business and Existing Business/Renewals.

The Role

Depending on the position, you could be involved in:

• Handling new business enquiries and converting opportunities into policies
• Managing an existing book of Personal Lines clients
• Providing quotations and advising customers on suitable cover
• Managing renewals and identifying opportunities to retain and develop business
• Dealing with mid-term adjustments, queries and policy changes
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
• Ensuring all policies and client records are maintained accurately
• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the policy lifecycle
• Working towards individual and team targets

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance in Ireland
• Experience in either New Business, Existing Business/Renewals, or both
• APA in Personal Lines Insurance (or working towards this)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the insurance industry
• Candidates will ideally have the existing right to work in Ireland without requiring visa sponsorship

Salary & Benefits

-Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 depending on experience
