Arachas Insures Ireland in Limerick is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team. You will manage renewals, amendments and client inquiries, delivering accuracy and value to clients. Strong negotiation and cross-selling skills are essential in a busy, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate across departments to meet targets, ensure compliance, and provide timely responses, while maintaining a customer-first approach in our evolving digital journey at Arachas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Secure renewals, process amendments, cross-sell and upsell across Personal Lines.
• Manage renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance.
• Ensure mid-term alterations, renewals, accounts entry and claims liaison are completed.
• Ensure all files are up to date on Relay.
• Build great relationships across teams and deliver on targets.
