Responsibilities

• Secure renewals, process amendments, cross-sell and upsell across Personal Lines products.
• Manage renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance.
• Ensure MTAs, renewals, accounts entry and claims liaison are completed accurately and on time.
• Keep Relay files up to date and accurate.
• Assist across departments to deliver on team targets and objectives.
• Maintain high levels of compliance and quality in all processes.
