Cpl Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced social care professional or registered nurse to serve as Person in Charge (PIC) for our Residential Services in Ireland. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care, and lead governance, safeguarding and workforce development.

The role requires CORU or NMBI registration, a management qualification and a minimum of three years in a leadership capacity within health or social care.

The PIC will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our designated centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• CORU registered as a Social Care Worker or have a CORU registration application in progress (evidence of application required); or NMBI registered, as applicable.
• Management qualification
• Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care..
• Registering/Registered with CORU
• Full driving license.
• Proficient in both oral and written English language
• Have the legal right to work in Ireland and currently hold valid work authorisation for Ireland
