Cpl Group is seeking a skilled Person in Charge (PIC) to lead residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Cavan, Ireland. Qualifikationen

This is a key leadership role where you will oversee designated centres, support and develop teams, and ensure residents are empowered to live with dignity, choice and independence. The PIC plays a central role in maintaining high standards of care, regulatory compliance and continuous service improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of designated residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007
• Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory, legislative and organisational requirements
• Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff, promoting a positive and professional team culture
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families and external stakeholders
• Oversee care planning, risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility)orLevel 8 Degree in Social Care

• Recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ)
