Qualifications
5+ years managing an HR operations team in a multi-site, multi-jurisdictional organisation.
Proven track record in HR service delivery, process improvement and data integrity.
Experience with HR systems, reporting, payroll data flows, and compliance across Ireland, the UK or Europe.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team across Ireland and the UK.
Own compliance with employment law, GDPR and evolving EU directives across multiple jurisdictions.
Champion process standardisation, simplification and automation to improve service delivery.
