Aramark Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to support recruitment, payroll, compliance, and attendance across Croke Park operations in Dublin. You will partner with operation heads, HRSS and Learning & Development to deliver a superior colleague experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

This full-time role requires strong organisation, communication, and data reporting skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations, Operations, Recruitment, Workforce Fulfilment and/or Payroll.
• Experience working in fast-paced operational environments with large casual workforces.
• Strong organisational and reporting abilities, GDPR knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring managers through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate workforce fulfilment, scheduling and attendance for match and non-match days.
• Prepare and validate payroll data and ensure accurate employee records.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and data privacy policies.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, scheduling, compliance matters and system usage.
