Aramark Ireland is seeking a hands-on Learning & Development professional to elevate the learning experience at Croke Park. You will design engaging training programs, onboard new colleagues, and collaborate with HRSS to deliver a welcoming induction.

You will develop SOPs, deliver compliance training, build dashboards, and measure impact through analytics, while aligning with Aramark’s standards for hygiene, safety and superb service. This role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience creating and delivering training using blended methods (digital, virtual and in-person) in Hospitality/Retail.
• Proficiency with eLearning software and LMS; data analytics to measure training effectiveness.
• Strong ability to engage and motivate learners; creative in developing engaging content.

Responsabilités

• Develop learning plans and communicate the annual Learning & Development plan to stakeholders.
• Deliver training programs tailored to business needs and client expectations.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction processes with HRSS.
• Collaborate to design and deliver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meeting hygiene and safety regulations.
• Support Aramark learning initiatives and compliance training.
• Create and manage dashboards for tracking learning activities and reporting to senior leaders.
• Develop engaging training content including graphics, animations, videos, and live demonstrations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continually refine learning experiences.
