• Collaborate with HR operations to support payroll governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage large, complex HR datasets across multiple source systems.
• Cleanse, structure and validate data for reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies, trace to root causes and resolve.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and MI reports for HR stakeholders.
• Support payroll governance, absence, Working Time Act compliance and HR audits.
