Teamworx Ltd in Dublin is looking for a field-based People and Operations Manager to support Store Managers across a multi-site retail network. This role reports to the HR Manager of Ireland & UK and focuses on developing strong teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, development and performance coaching, monitor turnover and employee engagement, and champion a positive culture across all stores. Travel across Ireland, the UK and Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years experience as multi-site manager with strong focus on people agenda.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labour law and guidelines.
• Retail, Hospitality or FMCG background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to drive people performance and operational success across the retail network.

People and Operations Manager - Multisite Retail

Teamworx are excited to partner with our progressive retail client to hire a field-based people leader to support Store Managers and Senior Operational teams across a multi-site retail network.

As a business partner you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams and will report directly to the HR Manager of Ireland & UK.

This role will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a multi-site, fast paced, hands on environment and ideally coming from Retail, Hospitality or FMCG background with genuine focus on people and operational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the management team to drive people performance and operational success across the retail network.
• Support Store and Area Managers with recruitment, onboarding, development, performance and team management.
• Lead and deliver practical training and development initiatives to build capability and retain talent.
