Job summary

Teamworx is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for a busy Dublin city centre store within a rapidly expanding international retail brand. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team and uphold excellent operational standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Background in grocery, pharmacy, discount, or high-volume retail.

• Willingness to work weekends as part of a retail rota.

Teamworx is recruiting an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international retail brand with a growing presence across Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious retail leader to join a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, supporting the Store Manager in driving commercial performance, developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional operational standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or experienced Department Manager
• Background in grocery, pharmacy, discount, large-format or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing sales, budgets and KPIs
• Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• A hands-on, proactive approach to store operations
• Flexibility to work across a retail rota, including weekends
