Job summary

Teamworx is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a new store launch for a growing international retail brand in Ireland. You will build and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and uphold excellent customer service and store standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering international onboarding, comprehensive training, and ongoing operational support during the store setup. The ideal candidate has proven grocery/large-format retail management experience, strong KPI focus,

• Proven store management experience in grocery, pharmacy, discount or large-format retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Commercial awareness with sales, budgets and KPI management.
• Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced retail operations.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and develop successful teams.
• Excellent organisational and operational management skills.
• Customer-focused with high standards of store presentation.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as part of onboarding.

Teamworx is recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager on behalf of a rapidly expanding international retail brand with a growing presence across Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to play a key role in launching a brand-new store, building and developing a high-performing team, and contributing to the continued growth of a successful international retailer.

Our Client Offers

• Competitive salary of €45,000 – €50,000 per annum
